Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Hi Car Match ("Company") and users of its vehicle listing information and brokerage platform ("Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The Service includes vehicle search, comparison, favorites, recently viewed vehicles, purchase inquiries, seller listing management, and related platform features. Users include members and seller members.
Article 3 (Effect and Changes)
These terms take effect when posted. The Company may revise them within applicable law and will provide advance notice of material changes.
Article 4 (Service Provision)
The Company provides listing search and comparison, saved vehicles, seller information, purchase inquiry delivery, reply and brokerage progress tracking, and seller listing management.
Article 5 (Nature of Brokerage)
The Company does not directly buy or sell vehicles and is not a party to a vehicle sale contract unless expressly stated otherwise. The parties must confirm the final vehicle condition, price, and contract terms.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with applicable law and these terms and must not post false listings or inquiries, infringe the rights of others, or disrupt normal operation of the Service.
